Who books the Ocean Center?
The Ocean Center hosts national convention, local social events and everything in between. A recent expansion and renovation have doubled its capacity, incorporated leading edge technology and added amenities, making the Ocean Center a world-class venue.

Exhibit Hall: 93,028 square. Utilities every 30 feet. Ceiling height 32’. Six loading docks with self-adjusting levelers. Drive-in door 20’ x 16’. Accommodates 504 10’ x 10’ booths
Arena: 42,146 square feet. Concert seating for 9,300. Ceiling height 45’. Drive in door 13.5’ x 14’ Two loading docks. Portable staging. Two 400-amp power sources. Voltage of 120/208 and 480, single and three-phase. State-of-the-art sound systems, 32 input mixing board. Up to 210 10’ x 10’ booths. Unlimited loads on dense concrete floor. No columns.
Meeting rooms: 32,000 square feet including 32 breakout rooms, an executive board room and a VIP suite. Easy to use sound and lighting controls throughout.
Banquet hall: 11,904 square feet. Banquet seating for 768. Movable walls and versatile features tailor the hall to your specific needs.
Food service: From box lunches and coffee service to elegant lunches and gourmet banquets, award-winning Spectra Food Services offers creative flare and presentation to make your event a memorable experience.
Contractors: The Ocean Center offers a list of pre-approved contractors for all customary services including decorators, electrical, telephone and more.
Internet: High-speed wireless internet access and high speed data lines are available.
Parking: Parking lots adjacent to the Ocean Center can accommodate 2,500 vehicles.
Guest rooms: The area offers 12,000 guest rooms including business class hotels, family style hotels and bed-and-breakfast inns. Many guest rooms are within walking distance of the Ocean Center.
