10,000+ expected for Cheer and Dance Championships
More than 10,000 student athletes, coaches and spectators from 35 states, Japan, Canada and Costa Rica will compete in the National Cheerleading Association (NCA) April 8 - 12 and National Dance Association's (NDA) Daytona Beach International Championship April 18. Competitions -- which will take place at the Ocean Center, Bandshell and Peabody Auditorium -- are open to the public. Daily admission is $12, cash only; children under 7 are free.
