One Voice for Volusia will present the 11th annual Health and Human Services Summit Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Ocean Center, 101 N. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach.

The public is invited to take part in activities in the exhibitor hall and Kids Zone from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. More than 60 local organizations will share information about services available to families in Volusia County. Other activities will include a winter coat and clothing giveaway, free immunizations from Walgreens, health screenings, and registration assistance for health insurance policies available through the Affordable Care Act.

OneBlood’s Big Red Bus will be available for blood donations in the Ocean Center’s parking lot. The FLOW Mobile, operated by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, will be on site for license, ID and tag renewals.

Meanwhile, human services professionals will attend professional development workshops in the Ocean Center’s classrooms. Topics will include human trafficking, sexual abuse treatment and domestic violence.

The event is sponsored by Molina Health Care, the Florida Department of Health in Volusia County, and LSF Health Systems.
