This Friday Night, September 11, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), The World’s Fastest Growing Sport, returns with BKFC-12, a sensational 10-bout card at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, FL and broadcast live exclusively on the Bare Knuckle TV App (9:00 p.m. EDT/6:00 p.m. PDT). In partnership with the Travis Manion Foundation, BKFC-12 will serve as a tribute on the 19th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks with a commemoration of military, veterans, police, firefighters, first responders and the families of our fallen heroes throughout the evening.
Headlining the highly anticipated BKFC-12 event former UFC Middleweight Title Challenger, Thiago “Pitbull” Alves battles former UFC Superstar Julian “Nitrane” Lane. In the co-main event at BKFC-12, former Bellator Middleweight Champion Hector ‘Lightning’ Lombard returns to the squared circle to clash with The Ultimate Fighter 3 Champion, Kendall Grove. Featured in the 135lb. division, South Florida’s Abdiel ‘The Nightmare’ Velazquez will face-off against Reggie Barnett Jr.
In a women’s 125lb. division fight, Calie ‘The Honey Badgers’ Cutler of Stockridge, MI squares off versus Christine ‘The Misfit’ Ferea of Las Vegas, NV, who returns to the squared circle following a one-year layoff. Fighting in the men’s 185lb. division, St. Augustine, FL native, Lorenzo Hunt faces Erick ‘El Travieso’ Lozano of Zeeland, MI. Also, in the men’s 185lb division, Florida’s Jared Warren battles Josh ‘Ken Doll’ Dyer of South Dakota.
Fighting in the 165lb. division, Joe ‘Hitman’ Elmore of Athens, GA clashes with Tom ‘Your Local Ninja’ Shoaff. Debuting Jarod Grant of Tampa, FL faces off against Joshua Boudreaux in the 135lb. division. In the 185lb. division, undefeated professional boxer Kenmon Evans of New Smyrna Beach, FL battles Robert Washington of Tampa, FL. Rounding out the card in the 145lb. division, debuting Jacob Brunelle of Orlando, FL hits the squared circle against Rusty Crowder of Temple, GA.
