and some events do not

What can I
bring into an event at the Ocean
Center?
Not permitted in the Ocean Center
are cigarettes, outside food or
drink, drugs, spike
jewelry, umbrellas, or backpacks.
Permitted in the facility are baby
strollers (most events) baby bags,
binoculars, oversized purses (may be
subject to search).
Camera and recording devices are
permitted for some events, but not
all. Please contact the Ocean Center
box office to ask questions about
the event you are planning to
attend.
When is the
box office open?
Hours of the Ocean Center box office
are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. –
5 p.m. Day of show, the box office
is open 10 a.m. - show time Monday
through Friday, and noon – show time
Sunday.
How do I
purchase tickets for groups?
Group sales information is available
at the Ocean Center box office.

What
payment methods are accepted at the
box office?
The Ocean Center box office accepts
cash, Visa and MasterCard.
Does the
box office have a Will Call? Where
is it?
The Will Call is in the box office.
It opens 90 minutes before show
time. A photo identification must be
presented to pick up tickets.
What kinds
of food are sold at the concessions?
The Ocean Center concessions,
situated throughout the facility,
feature popcorn, nachos, hot dogs,
soda, and more. Beer and wine are for
sale for most events with a valid
driver’s license or identification.
Where are
the restrooms at the Ocean Center?
Restrooms are on the first level of
the facility in the north and south
areas of the lobby. They also are on
the second level mezzanine in the
north, south, east and west corners.
Does the
Ocean Center have a dress code?
Most public, ticketed events at the
Ocean Center call for casual or
dressy casual attire. Shirts and
shoes are required to enter the
Ocean Center.

Ocean Center accessible to disabled
patrons?
