Spring Home and Garden Expo 2010 at
the Ocean Center March 26 - 28
The Spring Home and Garden Expo 2010
will fill the Ocean Center’s exhibit
hall Friday through Sunday, March 26
- 28. The free show will be open to
the public from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, and from 10
a.m. - 4 p.m. Sunday. Parking is $5
for the event in the Ocean Center
parking garage on Earl Street in
Daytona Beach.
At the show, more than 250
exhibitors will showcase home and
outdoor products and services, with
a focus on those with “green”
elements. The expo will feature
continuous self-help seminars about
landscaping, home remodeling,
pools/spas and home organization,
among others.
The Expo will be marked by special
appearances from “The Darwinian
Gardener” Mark Lane, Master Gardener
Jean Porter and Daytona 500 Winner
Marvin Panch.
“The Ocean Center is a centrally
located venue that provides the
perfect place to showcase a variety
of businesses,” said Amy Workowski,
the event’s marketing manager, who
added that many businesses
participate the event to boost sales
through the spring and summer
seasons.
Added Workowski: “The new Ocean
Center exhibit hall provides natural
light and an open-air atmosphere
that you don’t get at most other
venues. You can’t beat it.”
