Explore Volusia: Lake George Eco-buggy Ride

This ride is an educational tour of Lake George State Forest, 1345 Bluffton Road, Astor. Florida Forest Service staff will discuss forest management, recreation, and habitat management on an eco-buggy tour of the Dexter Mary Farms tract in Lake George State Forest. All ages are welcome; children must be accompanied by an adult. Participants must wear closed-toe shoes. Meet at the multi-use parking area at the intersection of St. Johns River Road and Bluffton Road off of State Road 40. The parking area is located two miles south of the St. Johns River Road and State Road 40 entrance of Lake George State Forest.

Volusia County’s Environmental Management Division sponsors Explore Volusia to acquaint residents with the county’s conservation lands and land management practices. All ages are welcome.
