National Reptile Breeders Expo

The 2025 National Reptile Breeders Expo will be held in the Ocean Center's Exhibit Hall and Arena.

VIP PASSES VIP - $100/person for the entire weekend

Want to get in early and rub elbows with your favorite vendor? The VIP pass allows visitors to get into the show area during setup on Friday 8/16/24 at 10 AM and during the show on Saturday 8/17/24 and Sunday 8/18/24 at 9 AM. Cost is $100/person and is good for the entire weekend. The pass can be purchased as follows: Thursday afternoon 8/15/24 at registration in the Ocean Center; Thursday night 8/15/24 at early registration at the Dayton Hilton; and Friday morning 8/16/24 at registration in the Ocean Center.

VENDOR EARLY REGISTRATION

Vendors can pre-register and get their badges Thursday night 8/15/24 at the Daytona Hilton from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. The location of the early registration room will be announced at a later date.

EASIER VENDOR UNLOADING FOR ROOM TWO

Vendors will be allowed to unload through the ballroom entrance instead of going through room 1 to reach their tables in room 2. Directions will be given at Vendor Registration as well as signage to direct Vendors to the ballroom unloading area.

QUICKER PURCHASE OF WRISTBANDS AND T-SHIRTS

There will be three kiosks for wristband sales and one line for t-shirt sales in 2024.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

As the hotel block sells out each year, make your Hilton reservations as early as possible. An overflow block of rooms with an Expo discount at the Daytona Grande Hotel has been reserved. The new Daytona Grande Hotel is located just 3 blocks north of the Ocean Center on the water across the street from the IHOP. Rates are a very reasonable at $164 per night with no resort fee. Go to the HOTEL tab on http://www.reptilebreedersexpo.com/index.htm for a link to make reservations at the Hilton and/or the Daytona Grande.

Friday, August 16

5:00 PM - Vendor exit (sweep) - Ocean Center.

8:00 PM - 12:00 PM     Reptile Breeders Expo Auction at the Daytona Hilton Hotel.  (Coquina pre-function area - top of escalator).

Sunday, August 18   

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM     Vendor setup - Ocean Center (Exhibitors and VIP Pass Holders only).

10:00 AM -   5:00 PM     The National Reptile Breeders Expo - Ocean Center.                    

5:00 PM - Vendor exit - Ocean Center. 

This event will be open to the public. A ticket will be required for entry.
